	Submitted By: Jim Bought this and then waited 4 week for it to arrive. The design on the mat was printed off-center and at an angle. I contacted customer service and had to send them a picture of the mat to prove my claim. They were responsive and I had a replacement within a week and that one was fine but I shouldn't have had the issue to begin with, especially after having to wait 4 weeks for a non-personalized mat.

	Submitted By: Becky As Christmas gifts for 19 different family households, I ordered 19 monogrammed doormats. Eighteen of the mats arrived promptly as scheduled; the 19th was inadvertently overlooked. When I called it to the attention of the company, they quickly prepared and rushed the 19th mat to me. The mats appear to be of a very good quality. They are very thick--and heavy when you receive 18 at a time! Also, the "fluff" does sift off at first--as explained in the packing slip--so rolling and wrapping the mats would have been easier if it could have been done out-of-doors but we managed and all the recipients were pleased with their personalized gift! I would order again from THe Personalized Doormats Company!

These natural fiber coconut doormats are hand woven in Karala India and personalized right here in the USA. These doormats are stain, rot, and mildew resistant and can be easily cleaned with a good shaking or vacuuming. At 1 1/2 inches thick these are the thickest doormats we offer on our site, making your entrance look grand, just ask Oprah! The border and personalization on these doormats are painted with your personalization in a classic Georgia font style. The personalization is all upper case and we will request larger font size depending on the number of characters you request. Luxury coir doormats are meant to be used in a dry, protected entranceway.

I like the mat....it is full and looks nice, but I have not had it a month....at my front door, with very little traffic...and the last 2 letters of our name are already fading! It is under a large porch and protected from sun and rain! I am trying to figure our how I can get some black paint and "freshen" up the letters. Too expensive to not last at all!
