	Submitted By: Patty We've never had a personalized doormat before but the Groupon offer caught my attention and I went for it and I'm very glad I did! Great quality & service. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5: the letters are not "perfectly" aligned BUT I doubt anyone other than perfectionist me would notice. I also suspect that it's virtually impossible to get them exactly positioned because of the mat material -- so buy one; you'll like it! Special and classy!

My only comment is I was surprised at how large the initial was. I think I would like it a lttle smaller although I am getting used to it. I do recommend this product.

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
