	Submitted By: The Midge I was very pleased with the doormat I ordered, it arrived very quickly and looked very high quality. My only comment on it is that a 22" x 36" doormat doesn't really sound that big, but it is. Especially when it's as thick as these ones are. If I could order again I'd get a smaller size. The mat itself is great, though.

		It's PERFECT!!! 22 x 36 Plain Blank Doormat

	Submitted By: Cathy Robbins I could not believe how hard it was to find a doormat that fits a standard-sized front door properly. Most "standard" door mats are 18x30 and, to me, look too small at an entrance. This doormat is just perfect! I love the width and depth; and I love the height, too! It's so plush and elegant - really makes a nice statement. And it's extremely well made. I am thinking I may need another one at my back door, too — to replace a lesser-made mat I bought around the same time. The cheaper one is already starting to show signs of wear. But not the one I purchased from The Personalized Doormats Company. Still looks great! And I love how well it cleans the bottom of my shoes. So not only is it the best looking mat I have ever owned, it's also the best working one! Two thumbs up!!

	Submitted By: Emily I had a hard time finding a plain, thick doormat. I wanted something that looked upscale, and this mat is perfect! It is large and durable and withstands water and the elements. I am 100% happy with this doormat and would highly recommend it.

	Submitted By: debbie I wasn't sure what to expect, because it's hard to tell whether the color and the thickness were up to my expectations, but the mat is exactly what I wanted! It arrived in less time than I had anticipated and makes such a great warm entry at the front of our house. The mat is substantial... it is thick and the monogram is nice and dark. I have seen other mats where the letters are faded when you get them, because they haven't been properly sprayed on. Not the case with this mat. It is a cool, classy mat. Thanks!

For whatever reason(s) my computer and their data base were not "speaking" the same language. As a result I place my order 4 times. I send an email and followed up with a voice message that I figured would be returned the following week (after the holiday). Well I couldn't have been more wrong in assuming I'd have to wait 4 days for a response. I had a message from Jill in less than 24 hours. Not only that she called me on a day they are not open, Saturday!!! She took care of everything, was friendly, professional and possesses a level of customer service I can only describe as endangered. The Personalized Doormats Company is the ONLY company I will order from in the future. They go further than the extra mile for EVERY customer. You can't go wrong with these guys. I personally guarantee it!

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
