Suggestions to the company - offer a differnt font. I am not sure of the actual quality since I have just given them as gifts a couple of weeks ago.

	Submitted By: Lacey I purchased this doormat as a house warming gift for my parents new house. They absolutely loved it!!! Everybody that comes over asks them where they got it from. The size is perfect a single front door entryway. It has a nice thickness to it and the quality is excellent.

	Submitted By: kathye poor quality, already torn, straw, is not flat, very wavy making it uncomfortable to walk on. I sent Customer Service a picture so they could see. Too much money for this rug. in less than a month its already time to be thrown out. I really need an exchange or refund.

	Submitted By: Kris We got our doormat and the letters were crooked. We were so worried about it and then took a picture of the mat so they could see it for themselves. They were so nice and made another one that received right on Christmas Eve!!! WE were so happy. They were very helpful and we all know people mistakes, but they really stood up for their product. We ended up buying 3 total all the other ones were perfect. Anyone we know buying/building a new home will get one of these from us!!!

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
