	Submitted By: Terry First the mats I ordered arrived much earlier than expected. Which was great. When they arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong color. I called customer service to determine what my options were and they allowed me to cut out and return the production date off the mats I received. This allowed me to avoid shipping the whole mat back and only pay basic postage. They then produced and shipped the mats I had intented to order, again in a very short period of time. Best of all it was my mistake and they didn't make me pay for it. Shows me they care about their customer and company reputation. I'd highly recommend this company. The service and quality of the mats exceeded my expectations.

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
