We are very pleased with the quality. Installation of the personalized plate were not included, so I was given good instructions when I called. Good product, good people.

	Submitted By: Gabriele The mat was easy to assemble (name plate) and we love it. I wondered what the rubber would look and feel like, but it is a very elegant look. We have two big dogs that are often sitting in front of our door and this mat can take it all. If it gets dirty, just go over it with a hose.

It is heavy enough that it would be difficult to blow away, and it is very stylish looking. It looks more expensive than whet I paid. It took a strong fella to put in the name plate. However, you know that name plate is not falling out anytime soon. I wish I had one!

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
