They processed me a proof that was exceptional quality! The other company tried to give me excuses that my logo was too detailed, etc so it would not produce well. Total BS because Personalized Doormt reproduced it exactly the way the artwork looked. Great quality work and a value price (believe me I shopped around)! Will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was going to send it back but decided just to keep it. The quality of these rugs is great; I've been using them for about two months and they still look great.

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
