I was told the one I would be sent would be this color. It was not. However, it looks good and we decided to keep it.

But I will focus on the great service received from The Personalized Doormats Company. Their online purchasing process was simple, reliable and fast. Not only was their service fast, but my item was shipped quickly as well. Had absolutely no problems, would recommend this company to others.

	Submitted By: Amy Berler Our non-personalized mat is more or less as described -- doesn't shed, looks similar to natural coir, but it is so much thinner than a natural coir mat it isn't really the same. For a non personalized mat we were told it would take more than two months! Customer service was able to speed things up and snag a full blank without even a border but even that arrived a month after order.....so factor in lead times if personalization is important!

This mat is easy to cut & can even make a curved custom fit. The material is very nice & it does feel good to bare feet. Over all very pleased with the product. Looking forward to it lasting a very long time. As far as this company is concerned we did have one glitch, customer service were friendly & helpful. More companies need to adopt this level of service, it's a lost art in business these days. I will refer this company and the products they stand behind!!

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
