	Submitted By: Anita Cranfill I think the quality of how the rug is made is real good. My biggest problem is the personalization. It has faded alot already. The other issue I have is it holds soooo much water when it rains. I have to hang it to dry for hours. Like I said the quality of workmanship is nice. Next time I would get the cut out rug so it would dry quicker. I may not purchase another personalized one.

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
