		Crooked printing of the design on the first mat 24 X 36 - Charleston - Non-Personalized Doormat

	Submitted By: Jim Bought this and then waited 4 week for it to arrive. The design on the mat was printed off-center and at an angle. I contacted customer service and had to send them a picture of the mat to prove my claim. They were responsive and I had a replacement within a week and that one was fine but I shouldn't have had the issue to begin with, especially after having to wait 4 weeks for a non-personalized mat.

	Submitted By: Becky As Christmas gifts for 19 different family households, I ordered 19 monogrammed doormats. Eighteen of the mats arrived promptly as scheduled; the 19th was inadvertently overlooked. When I called it to the attention of the company, they quickly prepared and rushed the 19th mat to me. The mats appear to be of a very good quality. They are very thick--and heavy when you receive 18 at a time! Also, the "fluff" does sift off at first--as explained in the packing slip--so rolling and wrapping the mats would have been easier if it could have been done out-of-doors but we managed and all the recipients were pleased with their personalized gift! I would order again from THe Personalized Doormats Company!

The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
