The customer service was excellent, they called me when they weren't sure they could get it there in time. I received emails with tracking info, etc. The mat arrived exactly on the day I needed it. It looks great and is very good quality.

	Submitted By: Kathy I looked all over for a long doormat for my double front door. This is the perfect size - long enough for the double door but not to wide for the short porch. The quality is great and the mat was delivered as promised. I did not chose to get this personalized, so I cannot speak to that service.

	Submitted By: Chris Zack My front entrance floor was recently replaced. The original slate had failed. My contractor talked me into glazed, porcelain tile. It's a beautiful color match but when we have rain (I didn't want to think about snow!) it is so slippery. A friend suggested a coco mat rug. I searched the Web and found you! The 6 foot length is a perfect fit from the step to the door jamb. Well done! Even my 4 dogs have clean feet on the way into the house! The color is a perfect complement to the house and the tile!

Ill admit that I was a bit hestitannt ordering from a company that I hadn't heard of for a special Christmas present. I found the ordering process very easy. The ability to adjust the font size in the name was helpful since I only wanted one line. From the time I pressed continue on the purchase communication was excellent. When the mat arrived, it was beautiful and looks like an excellent quality product. Even in this email asking to me review the product there was info on how to contact the company with any questions on mat care. Don't be hesitant to order.

Within a week, my cat left it looking more haggard than our $20 Cost Plus doormat. It absorbs moisture and is like a sponge on rainy days. I used a groupon so I didn't pay full price but I wouldn't buy another mat here again. On the upside, my cat really enjoys sharpening her claws with it.
