| Submitted By: Terry First the mats I ordered arrived much earlier than expected. Which was great. When they arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong color. I called customer service to determine what my options were and they allowed me to cut out and return the production date off the mats I received. This allowed me to avoid shipping the whole mat back and only pay basic postage. They then produced and shipped the mats I had intented to order, again in a very short period of time. Best of all it was my mistake and they didn't make me pay for it. Shows me they care about their customer and company reputation. I'd highly recommend this company. The service and quality of the mats exceeded my expectations. |
