Crooked printing of the design on the first mat 24 X 36 - Charleston - Non-Personalized Doormat |

| Submitted By: Jim Bought this and then waited 4 week for it to arrive. The design on the mat was printed off-center and at an angle. I contacted customer service and had to send them a picture of the mat to prove my claim. They were responsive and I had a replacement within a week and that one was fine but I shouldn't have had the issue to begin with, especially after having to wait 4 weeks for a non-personalized mat. |
