	Submitted By: Terry First the mats I ordered arrived much earlier than expected. Which was great. When they arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong color. I called customer service to determine what my options were and they allowed me to cut out and return the production date off the mats I received. This allowed me to avoid shipping the whole mat back and only pay basic postage. They then produced and shipped the mats I had intented to order, again in a very short period of time. Best of all it was my mistake and they didn't make me pay for it. Shows me they care about their customer and company reputation. I'd highly recommend this company. The service and quality of the mats exceeded my expectations.

Font Size: (What is "px"?) ******************************** "px" is pixel size. In computer "lingo" this denotes the size of letters on your screen. However, when the mat is produced we will choose a font size that looks good on the mat. The different "px" choices are just to help you visualize the mat on the site. If there is a lot of text, we may have to reconfigure slightly to get it to fit. If you have a special request that the font be really small or large make a note at checkout so we don't change the size during production. ********************************

We had a special requirement that was not available on the web site. Contacting customer service worked out great. They were fast to respond to every question and ensured we got the product we wanted. I highly recommend this company. By the way, the door mat is wonderful. Always hard to really know what it will be like, but it turned out great.

It is great to have your own desired mat. I got the mat recently for my salon; it is just fine. I would recommend to everyone to have this company's product. The only concern I have is the color which does not come out true when I picked the color even I did check and review the color. Somehow it comes out brighter than i picked. Should we ask for sample?....
