	Submitted By: Julie Rothermund Purchased 2 of these doormats and measurements were off by 2". Contacted customer service and was told they would contact me to resolve it but never heard back from them. Was very disappointed because it was my first order placed here.

I was told the one I would be sent would be this color. It was not. However, it looks good and we decided to keep it.

But I will focus on the great service received from The Personalized Doormats Company. Their online purchasing process was simple, reliable and fast. Not only was their service fast, but my item was shipped quickly as well. Had absolutely no problems, would recommend this company to others.

	Submitted By: Amy Berler Our non-personalized mat is more or less as described -- doesn't shed, looks similar to natural coir, but it is so much thinner than a natural coir mat it isn't really the same. For a non personalized mat we were told it would take more than two months! Customer service was able to speed things up and snag a full blank without even a border but even that arrived a month after order.....so factor in lead times if personalization is important!

This mat is easy to cut & can even make a curved custom fit. The material is very nice & it does feel good to bare feet. Over all very pleased with the product. Looking forward to it lasting a very long time. As far as this company is concerned we did have one glitch, customer service were friendly & helpful. More companies need to adopt this level of service, it's a lost art in business these days. I will refer this company and the products they stand behind!!

The rubber reinforced face nubs and diamond design provide crush proof scraping action. The raised rubber "water dam" border traps dirt and water – keeping them off carpet and floors. Contains 20% Recycled Content. Certified slip-resistant by the National Floor Safety Institute.

1.	Premium 24 oz/sq. anti-static Polypropylene fiber system dries quickly and won’t fade or rot. When wet, the rubber reinforce surface allows water to be wicked to the bottom of the mat away from foot traffic while providing a slip resistant surface.
2.	Polypropylene fiber system dries quickly and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
3.	Colorfast: Solution dyed for excellent light and we fastness.
4.	Unique ridged construction effectively stores dirt and moisture beneath shoe level.
