Perfect! The mat was delivered very quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. The colors were true to what the website showed, and I absolutely loved the mat. It made a great Christmas gift and my daughter was so pleased with it.

I had ordered a personalized SEC doormat from this company on 12/2/09. It did arrive 3 days prior to Christmas YAY, but my problem comes in with the quality of the door mat. It was nothing like what was described or seen on the image when I purchased it. Customer service with personalized doormats was GREAT, but they do use an outside vendor to make the Collegiate doormats. I would recommend to personalized doormats company to find another vendor for these items. The coloring was off, it looked as if someone had already been walking over it, the letter coloring wasn't white, more like an off dirty white, and the dying or bleaching of the letters was poorly done leaving bleeding of color into the "off white" letters. I would recommend using personalized doormats only for their customer service but would not recommend getting any product that uses that specific outside vendor. I did not want to send back the item as it was for a going away, christmas present for a military family that was leaving the country. The ONLY reason a 3 was given for stars was for customer service. This is the first and probably ONLY time I will be using/ or ordering personalized doormats as the quality or lack there of, did not meet my expectations.

Your customer service people really worked with me to insure I could get my geographic coordinates on my doormat down to the seconds. Other companies said all they could do was my zip code coordinates & then only down to the minutes (not very accurate). Thank you.
