I have been giving doormats from Personalizeddoormats.com for years. They are a great closing gift for my clients, since they 1) are long lasting, 2) my clients think of me everytime they go in or out of their home, and 3) are different than the usual bottle of wine or gift basket.
I recently closed on a home with a client to whom I had sold another house just two years prior.
