The looks of this mat were great until the first few days of uses. The Material is already falling apart. I have had the mat maybe a month and it look like it is a year old.

I am very happy with my new doormat. I was looking for a large thick mat which would facilitate a shorter step down out of my house. Since this mat is 1.5 inches thick, it works perfectly for this purpose.

We have a front door with 2 side lights, all under a porch, and some mats looked too small, others too big. The plain black picture frame is a good size for our porch, and goes nicely with our style. I have a boot brush but haven't had to use it because the door mat is strong and brushy and effective at getting dirt out of our shoes. Delivery was quick, too. Thank you!

I really love our new entrance door mat. We just bought a house with a double door entrance and I wanted a mat that would make a statement. We've only had it a month, but we get lots of compliments on how it looks. We need to go through a harsh winter and a spring rainy season before I can tell you how it holds up, but so far it's awesome.

First the mats I ordered arrived much earlier than expected. Which was great. When they arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong color. I called customer service to determine what my options were and they allowed me to cut out and return the production date off the mats I received. This allowed me to avoid shipping the whole mat back and only pay basic postage. They then produced and shipped the mats I had intented to order, again in a very short period of time. Best of all it was my mistake and they didn't make me pay for it. Shows me they care about their customer and company reputation.
I'd highly recommend this company. The service and quality of the mats exceeded my expectations.

I like the mat....it is full and looks nice, but I have not had it a month....at my front door, with very little traffic...and the last 2 letters of our name are already fading! It is under a large porch and protected from sun and rain! I am trying to figure our how I can get some black paint and "freshen" up the letters. Too expensive to not last at all!

RUBBER BACKED CARPETED LOGOMATS
Our rubber backed carpeted mats have been a stalwart of the mat community. These all purpose mats are generally used indoors but they will also hold up in an outdoor protected entranceway as well. Are there any downsides to the Premier HD?
Not in quality. The Premier does run about 10% more in price, and since they are not produced as often (only once or twice a week for now) your mat may take a full 7 business days to produce, whereas the standard can be turned around in 3 or 4 days, or less if needed.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Vacuum Daily
Interior mats are constructed with either nylon or olefin surfaces designed to wipe residual soil, dust and moisture from shoes. They are most effective when used in conjunction with high performance entrance mats. They should be vacuumed daily using either a dry or wet/dry vacuum.
2. Routine Maintenance
As needed, interior mats should be cleaned and/or spot cleaned using a neutral cleaner followed by rinsing. If the mat becomes wet during the cleaning process, it should be allowed to dry thoroughly before returning to service. Nylon mats will require a longer drying period and should be positioned where they can drain during the drying process.
3. Deep Cleaning
Interior mats can be deep cleaned using any method used for carpeted floors. Logo Mats recommends using a neutral, solvent free cleaner if possible. In the event a solvent is used for removing oil, grease, or gum type spots, take care to thoroughly rinse the solvent from the mat before it is allowed to dry for return to service.
4. Floor Preparation
As with entrance mats, prior to the mat being put back into service, Logo Mats recommends that the floor where the mat will be placed be cleaned to remove dust and dirt. This will allow the mat to grip the floor more effectively reducing mat movement with traffic.
