I was told the one I would be sent would be this color. It was not. However, it looks good and we decided to keep it. |

| Submitted By: Amy Berler Our non-personalized mat is more or less as described -- doesn't shed, looks similar to natural coir, but it is so much thinner than a natural coir mat it isn't really the same. For a non personalized mat we were told it would take more than two months! Customer service was able to speed things up and snag a full blank without even a border but even that arrived a month after order.....so factor in lead times if personalization is important! |

This mat is easy to cut & can even make a curved custom fit. The material is very nice & it does feel good to bare feet. Over all very pleased with the product. Looking forward to it lasting a very long time. As far as this company is concerned we did have one glitch, customer service were friendly & helpful. More companies need to adopt this level of service, it's a lost art in business these days. I will refer this company and the products they stand behind!! |
