	Submitted By: Becky As Christmas gifts for 19 different family households, I ordered 19 monogrammed doormats. Eighteen of the mats arrived promptly as scheduled; the 19th was inadvertently overlooked. When I called it to the attention of the company, they quickly prepared and rushed the 19th mat to me. The mats appear to be of a very good quality. They are very thick--and heavy when you receive 18 at a time! Also, the "fluff" does sift off at first--as explained in the packing slip--so rolling and wrapping the mats would have been easier if it could have been done out-of-doors but we managed and all the recipients were pleased with their personalized gift! I would order again from THe Personalized Doormats Company!

	Submitted By: Holly My doormat came timely, and is great quality for the very reasonable price. The only thing that I would have hoped for, is for our personalized letter (representing our last name) to be "grander." It's a little weak, thin font and not as pronounced/bold as I would prefer. I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating!
