I was looking for a unique Christmas gift for my Father at Christmas time. I stumbled upon the Personalized Doormats Company online and thought I'd try there product.
In my haste to place my order I accidentally ordered two doormats. With 24 hours I received an email asking me if I meant to place a duplicate order. I responded with a "no"
and the customer service department so graciously agreed to cancel the second order. Within 3 days of that correspondence I received a phone call confirming the information that was discussed in the emails. I just couldn't believe that this company was thoughtful enough to respond to my mistake before they shipped two identical mats. Outstanding customer service. As for the product itself, I was astonished at the quality, as was my Dad. He was thrilled. Class product, class company. I would recommend your company to anyone and I plan to use it again soon. The doormat looks great! It is a bit thicker than I thought so we had to put it in front of a door with a large lip underneath. I gave it to my grandparents as a housewarming/Christmas gift and they love it (it was a challenge to wrap...). Shipping was prompt, I really couldn't be happier.

I looked all over for a long doormat for my double front door. This is the perfect size - long enough for the double door but not to wide for the short porch. The quality is great and the mat was delivered as promised. I did not chose to get this personalized, so I cannot speak to that service.

I purchased the 38x60 and two 22x36 Florentine border mats. They arrived exactly when they were scheduled to do so and are simply beautiful! I have previously paid more for mats that were not nearly as nice as these. As I have only had them two months I can't comment on how long they last but regardless I will be repurchasing these mats whenever the current ones do wear out.

My front entrance floor was recently replaced. The original slate had failed. My contractor talked me into glazed, porcelain tile. It's a beautiful color match but when we have rain (I didn't want to think about snow!) it is so slippery. A friend suggested a coco mat rug. I searched the Web and found you! The 6 foot length is a perfect fit from the step to the door jamb. Well done! Even my 4 dogs have clean feet on the way into the house! The color is a perfect complement to the house and the tile!

I wasn't sure what to expect, because it's hard to tell whether the color and the thickness were up to my expectations, but the mat is exactly what I wanted! It arrived in less time than I had anticipated and makes such a great warm entry at the front of our house. The mat is substantial... it is thick and the monogram is nice and dark. I have seen other mats where the letters are faded when you get them, because they haven't been properly sprayed on. Not the case with this mat. It is a cool, classy mat. Thanks!

I absolutely love my new doormat. There is nice and there is real nice; the quality of this is Real Nice. This is now at the door of my beach house and is the perfect size. There is hardly any sand going into the house and has saved me so much time and work. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a large personalized doormat as a house warming gift for some friends. For whatever reason(s) my computer and their data base were not "speaking" the same language. As a result I place my order 4 times. I send an email and followed up with a voice message that I figured would be returned the following week (after the holiday). Well I couldn't have been more wrong in assuming I'd have to wait 4 days for a response. I had a message from Jill in less than 24 hours. Not only that she called me on a day they are not open, Saturday!!! She took care of everything, was friendly, professional and possesses a level of customer service I can only describe as endangered. I'm very pleased with our mat. It took longer than their estimated ship date (so it took one month to recieve it), but we were happy when we opened it. I was a little disappointed with size of the letters (we just had our first initials with an ampersand in between) because they're a little on the small side. Overall, though, it's great quality and looks nice when you walk up to our door.
